記得去年一開始買世界最大市占嘉年華郵輪公司時..雖然多數同學都早已買進...我還是先上網查詢..出乎意料外是原來這家公司在倫敦與紐約都有上市...而且紐交所還有2個選擇可買...當時很好奇為何一班意見都建議買CUK...原來是因為稅的關係..CUK是在美國上市的ADR...配息是依照英國稅法不會扣稅.....CCL是該公司在美國上市的普通股卻會扣稅....這個不太符合一班的認知..可能歐美的規定可以很有彈性.....以上是初步了解僅供參考..公司官網也有簡單說明如下:

DVA王桑算買到近期不錯的低價,只是本來以為醫療股算穩健型,可是前不久美國大型的醫院營運商Universal Health Services, Inc.(代號:UHS)股價才示範了快速從155垂降到120,就覺得想要等等,美股市場就是經常這種驚奇演出.......更加說明了Mike桑經常強調的分散持股勿重壓的重要.....
